Involved several video calls, fairly informal in nature talking around CV, skills and aspirations. Interview process took place over 4 weeks. After final interview I heard nothing back from recruitment team as to outcome of my role. After a further 2 weeks passing I emailed the hiring manager directly only to be told an offer had been made to another candidate. Pretty poor experience to honest.
