3 rounds: one HR call, one round of online tests, and one interview round in person with more testing and a panel. The whole process took less than 2 months. It was very smooth.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Technical questions about structured finance: describe how a waterfall works, what is excess spread, what is expected loss.
Also questions on how to analyse the assets (what to look for in mortgage loans: maturity, LTV etc.)
One behavioral, one technical. Nothing too bad or difficult. Mostly accounting or straight forward finance questions, but helps to be well spoken. Behavioral is like every other interview, no curveball questions for me.
Easy to pass if you know credits, feeling like the standards and requirements are not high. So good luck guys, they used to intake ppl with good background, but now…..

Interview
HR process was smooth when setting up for the interview with hiring manager. However, interview with hiring manager was not as pleasant and reflected badly on the company. When unable to answer the technical questions posed, hiring manager passed comments that came off snobbish.
