After one week referred by alumni, I had the first phone call with the HR, the question was pretty standard, just some simple background chat. Two days after that they scheduled another round of interview, it was two 30-minutes back-to-back interview with two hiring managers in the team. One is a senior manager, and another one is a senior analyst. The conversations with the hiring managers were pretty great I believe, and I received some positive feedback during the interview, but I never hear back from them anymore. I wrote several followup emails to HR, but no one replied to me, which was very rude and unprofessional.
MA outsourced their recruiting team, and that's why the whole process was so dilatory.
