Interview
Has a phone interview and then an in person interview with 3 members of the team including the global head. Seemed straight forward enough. However, 5 weeks later and despite a couple of follow-ups, there hasn’t been enough courtesy shown to actually provide an update. Doesn’t matter what the response is; the fact that I spent hours of my time preparing, traveling and actually taking part in the process should be enough. Guess it’s clear what they think of potential employees.

I was recently interviewed for a senior position and found the recruitment process underwhelming. The entire experience felt impersonal and poorly aligned with the level of the role. The HR representative appeared very junior, and there was no meaningful feedback provided at any stage. Combined with the heavy reliance on AI-driven interactions, the process came across as cheap and lacking the professionalism one would expect for a senior hire.

Interview
It was long and tedious. I had a total of 13 interviews with people ranging in title from Analyst to MD. Interviews were mostly geared toward understanding my past experience and skill set. They also asked question on what actions I would take on the role to achieve the objectives. Overall, everyone was friendly, but I found having that many interviews to be unnecessary and somewhat inefficient process.
