Really ridiculous response from the Company HR representative. 3 rounds of telephonic interviews. Interview went really good. Infact, was told by the interviewer that I was selected for the position and would be required to join in December itself or max by January 2018. After constantly contacting the HR(wrote her e-mails and finally called her), this is the response I got: My review from the interviewing panel was positive, however the position we interviewed you for would be available in the month of May or June, 2018., interview was conducted in first week of December, 2017. This means they conducted the interview 7 months prior to the joining date. When I told her that it is a really long time to make a candidate wait for a position, she said that it was upto me whatever I wanted to decide now. This is completely unacceptable, the kind of response and HR is giving to a candidate.
