At Mood & Mind, when someone applies with us for a position that they don't meet the qualifications for, but seem like they could still be a valued addition to our team, when possible we might choose to offer that person another position in our company more suited to their background, such as what happened in this instance.
This individual applied for an upper management position that they unfortunately weren't qualified for as they had no management experience, so we offered them a different position that matched their skill set and experience. It's unfortunate that their disappointment resulted in them leaving negative feedback here, as we truly recognized the value in this person and did our best to make a place for them on our team.
