The refreshing thing was the personable aspect of the interview. It felt as if they really cared about the candidates and their staff in general. This interview was a beacon of hope in an employers market where the majority seem to be actively capitalising on the fact that covid and lockdown has put people in precarious positions. This company seems to have decent ethics which is why I would really like to work here.

Assessment day two weeks out from initial contact. Two one-on-one interviews and a group activity/assessment in which you prioritize difficult situations. Overall, a slightly more difficult than average interview, but the interviewers were friendly and approachable.
