Interview
Their are 3 interviews, one where they find out if you are interested in "getting rich quick", a 2nd in which they explain the rapid advancement scheme of owning your own business in months, and a 3rd where they take you to a sams club and show you how to harass customers, steal social security numbers and lie to get a sale.

Interview
The position title means nothing. This is a sales position and you will be selling things at a table in Wal Mart. I arrived at my interview early with the door locked and lights out in the office. Waited until 10 minutes after my interview was supposed to start and nothing had changed, so I called the HR lady who said they thought I wasn't coming. (I had said several times that I was going to be on time). Waited 20 minutes longer for some random guy (not a manager) to interview me. He told me he got less than a 2.0 GPA in college, and I immediately knew this is not a job I wanted. He played Selena Gomez music really loud on his phone while looking at my resume. Then asked some generic questions and he asked if I could come in for a second round interview in a few hours. I declined, and when walking out, the manager hardly said hell. Very strange and a complete waste of my time because the job had no event planning duties at all.

Interview
There was NO interview process. I applied about two weeks ago, they did a good job with the follow up before the interview. But let me tell you how UNPROFESSIONAL this organization is! The morning of my interview, I received a call from HR to confirm the time and location of the interview which was good then I get to the office 10 min early to my interview (which was at 10:30am) - and NO ONE is in the office. I mean, lights out, locked door! I called HR 4x!! with no answer, I left two voicemails - after my second which was pretty aggressive they HR lady called me back almost confused on why no one was in the office? What?! This organization is unorganized and unprofessional
