The interview felt casual, nothing too intense. Conversation was light, a bit surface-level, not super structured. It was more like chatting than grilling, kind of blah overall, not very memorable or challenging.
I applied online. I interviewed at Monte Carlo Inns (Markham, ON) in Apr 2022
Interview
Didn't ask me more about my job history. The manager talked more about how 'good' the job offer would be, they talked more about how good Filipinos in the workplace are, and asked me if I knew some people who wanted to work there. I applied for the Server position and they gave me the "Line Prep Cook" position. It wasn't even the Line Prep Cook position, it was Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They would not ask questions that are related to the job position you're applying for. They would offer you a job position that they think best fits you.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Monte Carlo Inns (Barrie, ON) in Mar 2017
Interview
Vague, They didn't ask any real questions. The owner was not polite but not rude either. I walked out not know what I was interviewing for or what my role would be.
