At first I felt the recruiter was a bit careless I always had to mail her in order to know how is the process going, then finally I've got 2 more interviews, technical and manager, sadly I wasn't informed before the offer was just for 4 months despite I always let them know I was looking for a place to growth and take my career further, but at the end was just an contractor offer, with no company benefits or something like that, they said is the way the are "hiring" people now, so if that is something that works for you go for it, just an advice to recruiting team, be clear with applicants and make your LinkedIn publications clear too, so you will make sure to have the right candidates for that position.
