I had three interviews over the course of about a month after being recruited. My final interview was rescheduled multiple times (conflicts on their end). Overall, I enjoyed every conversation and was very excited about potentially joining XX. I rated this experience as negative because I was ghosted post interview 3. I was told when to expect an answer, and heard absolutely nothing. After waiting two weeks past the day I was told I would hear from their team, I reached out to find they had not selected me. Extremely unprofessional recruiting process, and overall disappointing.
