Interview
The first interview is over the phone interview with the talent acquisition manager to vet you. Then the hiring manager interviews you. For an Account Director position, it is usually a Group Account Director, VP, or SVP on the specific account. You will also be interviewed by 2-3 employees on the account. Everyone at Media.Monks are nice and have a ton of experience.

There are no trick questions.
multiple panels style interviews. rescheduled frequently and often late. didnt seem too much structure to it all. a bit random. hard to prepare and they jumped around. couldnt really understand what they all did. smoked and mirros.

The process was relatively simple and quick. Didn’t take long from interview to offer, first interview with HR, then with manager, then with department lead. Have heard a few people get asked to do a task but I didn’t have to.
