First a phone screening with basic skills qualification questions. Then a half-day onsite that included meetings with the hiring manager, potential direct manager and a peer, and lastly the department head. All were very approachable and compassionate, and the strong team mentality was immediately clear.

I started with a phone interview, then an in-person interview with a skills test, then a group interview with 3 members of the team. After these three interviews, (over about 3 weeks) I was told that the hiring manager would update me with news after the weekend, at which point I was not offered the job.
