Interviewer was late, not prepared, and ate during the interview! It was a surprise as this was after the first few rounds. All the other interviewers were very professional except one who unfortunately was maybe the decision maker. I know because the round stopped there

Interview
The interview process was quite long—three months, actually—but this was mostly because, in my previous job, I didn’t have much time to spare for interviews, so I scheduled them across different weeks. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by how well-organized the process was. The recruiter, Sean O'Kennedy, was incredibly kind and helpful. He guided me through the entire process and provided excellent advice to prepare for the technical interviews. I’ll always be super grateful to him because I’m now loving the culture and values of MongoDB, and it was he who first reached out to me.
Additionally, all the interviewers were exceptionally kind and respectful. At no point did I feel like they were looking down on me—quite the opposite! Finally, having the opportunity to be interviewed in person by Adam Schwartz, the TSE head, at MongoDB’s office in Barcelona was an amazing experience. I felt comfortable the entire time, which allowed me to perform at my best.
Overall, the interview process was flawless!
