There are a minimum of 5 calls during the interview process, which is more than I had anywhere else. My first point of contact was at the end of October, I had an offer by mid December, and started in August. If you can do well in the interview process, you will do well in the position. I have felt very prepared for what I have done in my first two weeks of work. Overall, they are very transparent and genuinely want you to be a good fit for the company and role.
