Recruiter contacted me and immediately went into an interview question of "why do I want to work for Mondo". I let the recruiter know I would call back at a better time. When I called back, the recruiter asked the same question of why I was interested in the position and what I knew about the company. I gave my background experience and reason I was interested in the position. I followed up with common questions to get more information on the position. The recruiters responses were very vague and had an annoyed tone. Any question I asked the recruiter was met with an unenthusiastic response which required me to dig deeper for more understanding of the position and company. After awhile I just asked the recruiter was there a reason she was being so vague and her response was " Well I am answering any question you ask". At that point I ended the interview. Just a word of advice to the recruiter, the first impression of a company is important and you should do a better job of representing your company.

Went through 4-5 rounds of interviews, was initially told it was only 2. The interviewer on the second round was very distracted, not even paying attention, looking at her computer screen. Had followed up several times after the 5th round, kept being told we will let you know, never got any response yes/no. Ultimately felt like it was a waste of time for both sides. Highly unprofessional communication and interview process.
