There were 2 interviews, the first one was video interview. They will ask you to introduce yourself and then answer 3 questions. You can take notes of everything you want to say before you start the recording. The second one was telephone interview. They will ask you several questions for around 30 minutes, including your eligibility to work in the UK. It looks to me that the company was more interested to candidates from EU or UK and they were not particularly interested to people outside the EU because one they know I need a work permit to work in the UK, they rejected my application. It's best not to put your hope too high if you know you are not from the EU and you don't have the work permit. They would rather give the job to someone from the EU or UK, instead of giving visa to workers from the rest of the world.
