Hi, guys! I would like to share with my experience with recruitment to Mondelez. Hope you find this helpful.
After I applied, I have got invitation to pass on-line interview: there were 3 questions (why Mondelez? ; Why this position?; In which working environment you are the most productive and joyful). Also, you have to make presentation of yourself there. After that I had telephone interview. Standard competency based questions: give me an example, when you had a negative feedback from your manager; example when you convinced the group to change smth; example, when you had very hard coworker; when you showed yourself as a leader;
After that I’ve got invitation to pass tests – mathematical, logical and verbal. There is huge option of choosing the language of the test, so it is easier. I had cases when only 1 or 2 languages were acceptable. Before passing the test you can practice as many times as you want. Also, I believe questions change. For example, I practiced with mathematical test, than logged out. Next day I wanted to practice again and there were already different questions.
After the rest I’ve got invitation for the assessment center. It lasted from 9 am to 5 pm. There were around 10 of us (some were for different positions). And there were around 8 assessors. 1st task – business case. We were given a lot of materials. There were 3 possible launches of new product and we had to choose 1. We were given 1h 20 min to do this task. There was a lot of information to read first – there was market research, analysis of various factors, analysis of cost, revenue, margin and etc. Also we were given calculators. It took some time to analyze all info we’ve got. Then we started group discussion, assessors were watching us all the time. After discussion we had next task – role play. Each of us was invited to different rooms, where “supply chain manager” was waiting for us. We had to negotiate about delivering our product (which we chose after the group discussion) to UK. Of course, there were pitfalls – you have to deliver 20k kg of your product and there is only 15k kg available in the warehouse.
After that we had lunch (there also were small breaks between tasks and time for preparation – but not so much) we had presentation. We had to present our idea (why you decided to choose this product out of 3. You could present other product that you chose with the group. It is the matter of your choice). We were presenting to the “vice president”. We were invited to separate rooms again. We made some presenting material (wrote on the paper), calculated and etc. During presentation there were different questions – how did you calculate this? Where do you want to sell – in big shops or in supermarkets? Why this? Why that…?
After presentation we had interview. There was 1 or 2 assessors. During interview there were standard competency based questions (similar of what we had during telephone int). Results have to be during 1 week.
