1st interview was walking thru your resume and theyll ask basic question on what you did, what you struggled with, what are your strengths
2nd interview was similar to first but with a different interviewer. if you get second interview: it means you stood out and they want to have a second option if you're fit for the role and u probably share the same score with others.

We went through 3 rounds of interviews (Initial interview with Talent Acquisition, Group & Individual Case Assessment, and Panel Interview with Leadership Team)
You must show initiative in the group case interview because if you don’t pass, you won’t make it to the individual round. The last panel interview is centered around culture and department fit
