Asked questions relating to a presentation I had made beforehand that I had to present to 3 workers who also told me what the job position was about and what was required of me
Normal interview process with hr screen, then hiring manager. Then radio silence. They were not in any rush to hire anyone is what I sensed from the hiring manager. Very disorganized compared to other big corporations.

Interview
The first stage was Online assessments. Then this was followed by a telephone interview. Finally went to site for an assessment centre and in-person interview. Quite a lengthy process and lots of stages. As expected for a large company.
