Everything went really OK. I was called 2 times for a short 10-20 minute interview with HR intern and after successfully passing the screening I got to the final interview with the HR intern, hiring manager and another person from the team. All the questions were done by the hiring manager, which seemed a bit cold and distant. It was quite sterile in comparison with the screening concersation. The worst thing about this was not following through their timeline and not explaining their decision, even after I specifically asked them why the decision was made as it was. The only answer I got was that they decided for someone else.
