I applied in-person. I interviewed at Monarch Technical Services (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2020
Interview
They asked me about my current company and position, asked me details about my day to day operations. and my skill set. Then they asked me what I was looking for in a new company and position. And then they had me take a blueprint test
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Monarch Technical Services (Wheeling, IL) in Sep 2017
Interview
Have a phone interview with a knowledgeable recruiter. Nice to have spoken with someone that understood the environment I came from and understood that I ONLY wanted to work at a Job Shop and not OEM Shop. Was invited to come in. Knowledgeable gentleman interviewed me, and gave me tests: BP/Mic/Shop Math. Piece of cake, since I use it everyday anyways. Got me an interview, and I did very well, so the company offered me a Direct Hire. Would use them again. They are a very knowledgeable group.
