Applied for the job online and received a call the next day. Brief first interview just with the basic questions. Why did you apply for this job? Nothing too extreme. Immediately offered a second interview. First interview only lasted about 15 minutes. Had the second interview on the same day, later that afternoon but did not go any further than that.

There are 3 rounds of interviews. The process is very easy and very informative! The owner gets to know you n the first round and then you go and talk to a team leader. The team leader asks you a series of questions pertaining you as a person i.e.: your goals your motivation and what you want from the company. Then he will let you know when the third round will be. The third round is more or less there to finalize your paperwork and get a brief overview of your schedule.
