Interview
Process was smooth, unless the final interview. Even though I received and dedicated lots of available times to schedule the interview, the recruitment team never responded to schedule the final round.

Interview
First there was an Excel/SQL test very basic if you are familiar with marketing terms and basic SQL queries. Then I interview with an HR Representative (Kaitlyn Emery) who was very friendly and open and lasted ~30 minutes and was quickly passed on to the next round. The second round of interviews was with the UK Country Manager who was also very friendly and easy to talk to and lasted around 30 minutes. The next interview round was with a Senior Account Manager (UK) and was around the same time and she was very friendly and understanding. The questions were direct and very informative. I then received an email that I made it to the final round of interviews. As an entry level international student job searching for entry level roles in the pandemic this was incredible for me! The problem started here--- I was ghosted by the recruiter who was my only point of contact and never received any information about my final round for over a month despite sending multiple weekly follow up emails. I then checked their LinkedIn page and found the job was no longer available as they had hired someone else. For any future interviewer/candidate reading this: PLEASE respect job candidates especially international students. We just want to learn and I would be much happier receiving an honest rejection email than being ghosted. To this day, I never heard anything from the company or their employees. Please show some respect to your candidates-- the tests/interviews are stressful and I spent hours preparing for them. In all, I had a negative experience with this company due to a lack of contact. I have never heard of an established start-up offering final round interviews to candidates and then ghosting them.
