The interview with Mollie was overall a positive experience, allowing me to meet competent and professional people. However, the selection process is excessively long, and feedback is slow and poorly structured, despite the inclusion of a HackerRank test and two technical interviews with different interviewers.
Unfortunately, despite the effort required, I was informed mid-process that the position I had applied for had been closed, and I was instead offered a role with technical requirements I did not meet. Overall, the hiring process seems more focused on promoting the company than on finding candidates truly ready to get hands-on.
