I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Long Beach, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The hiring manager contacted me directly to interview. The interview consisted of the manager and then the team members were coming and going throughout the one hour meeting. I was asked a series of questions that went from canned personality questions to technical, and then was given an outdated piece of paper and asked to demonstrate knowledge of database querying. The interview ended with the hiring manager walking me back to HR, parking validated, and then I never heard anything back.
