I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Boise, ID) in Nov 2013
Interview
HR person did not have any knowledge about IT so she did not understand the context of any of the screening questions. (Kinda odd..) They quickly scheduled a personal interview that was a meeting with my Manager-To-Be and her boss at the same time. They gave me a fast overview of the company and the position, then asked mostly general traditional questions.

Question 1
Asked for a couple of examples of when I had used swim lanes. They did not seem interested in the context, just for me to prove to them that I knew what a swim lane is.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Virginia Beach, VA) in May 2024
Interview
It was a very fruitful conversation and the panel was very friendly with me. Should be prepared with the domain and your basics . JIRA tool and Microsoft office is a must to gain the interest.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare in Sep 2023
Interview
I applied online via Molina website. A recruiter reached out via email and we agreed to set up a call. After the call, the recruiter set up a 2nd call with 2 directors via Teams. After that I met with the VP. The whole process went smoothly, from the email communications, to the 30 minute meetings. Questions were on track for the job I applied for.
