Interview
I went in to the Molina offices to interview on an open interview day for a bilingual agent position. The process involved being interviewed/ tested for Spanish fluency and then an interview with one of the supervisors. There were a ton of people being interviewed for the spots available. The entire process took about 2 hours. The interview questions were pretty straight-forward for the position.
Interview was super easy. Good to know about medicaid and Marketplace. Management sucks, if you're interested in working for the company just keep in mind that this company changes process every year and Management seems to not know that they doing

Interview
Will interview with either the manager or a supervisor. They will ask if you have any health care experience and if you are good at using a computer. As long as you say yes to both and say that you are willing to help members and change life then they will hire you.
