Very good, because the HR Team always follow up n give an update and always welcome for every question nad answers, more over they use What's App to discuss more about the job so it feels like chat with our own friend or relatives, when other companies using only email for recruiting. All the recruitment process only takes 1 day, yup 1 day only, with 1. Interview 2. Roleplay 3. The result in the end of the day. Alhamdulillah i get this job 😁

I sent an application via LinkedIn, I was contacted 2 hours after that, I got an interview offer and I immediately got a job offer that day.
In my opinion, the experience of interviewing at Mocha is a matter of pride for me, I think Moka is a very growing and secure company, therefore according to me personally, my interview experience is very pleasant, calm, and relaxed. being able to join moka is an honor for me, and i am very grateful

The interview process took more than an hour. The interviewer asked about my previous role at my previous company. He also described about Moka and the Job description as sales executive. He also described the perks and benefit and also the sallary.
