The team had me submit a resume, cover letter and a video describing what would make me a good fit. Ok, fine - a little much but let’s do it. I had a 40 minute phone interview that from my perspective, went great. Then, they straight ghosted me. I followed up via email twice (once a few days later, thanking them. Then again about two weeks later). I’m sorry, but having someone go through all that to not even send a “Sorry, we’ve moved on” email was just rude and unprofessional.
