Was sent an email they were interested in discussing and opportunity and that in order to continue the process, I had to sign an NDA in order to discuss project details. I signed the NDA the same day I received the email but 2 days later I received another email saying that they reviewed my credentials and were moving with another candidate. So why did they make me sign an NDA in the first place?????? They should get their hiring processes fixed before sending NDAs to persons and not interviewing them.
