phone interview then role play with CFO and new director of sales the role play was odd and was set up to look to see if you are a person who would read off their script and hunker down to get to work or if you were creative.

Question 1
The sales manager had her own agenda so the questions did not matter. She was looking for people who would follow her script and not ask any questions or grow in the position. If you can hunker down, get to work and have no personality you will fit in well here.

It was a two step interview process. Step 1, a standard question and answer format. The interviewer gave me plenty of time to ask questions and seemed very candid in his responses, it was refreshing.
