I had gone through 3 rounds of interview, each ending on a really positive note. I was in contact with the in-house recruiter/hiring manager, who was in charge of scheduling each interview. As said, each interview ended with feeling great and hopeful, as well as positive feedback from the hiring manager. The interviewees were very kind and have had great conversations with each of them. However, I was then met with total silence after my third interview. I took it as a rejection but would have liked a formal rejection letter as rapport had been made with the hiring manager and with one of the interviewees.
