I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mobile Styles in Sep 2022
Interview
I had two tests, and two amazing interviews! Emile is a great recruiter, very courteous, professional, and a good person. In fact, I would love to have him in the new company I work. I think he deserves a better job. The two stages were great. However, in the final interview Ally, the CEO was not enthusiastic at all. She was apathetic, and unpolite and changed the initial offer with a different salary, schedule, and activities of the position. I felt sad because I had been a good employee of her company, and I was very enthusiastic of the job. I sent an additional assignment and they did not select me. I think that the changes made by Ally on the last minute were irrespectful. I was very enthusiastic about the job, but I deserve better places!

Interview
After submitting my application, I was contacted within just a few hours by the company's recruiter to schedule an interview. Emile, the recruiter for the company, is FANTASTIC and truly goes above and beyond.
My first interview was half an hour long and conducted over Zoom. Emile explained the role and answered any questions I had. Once that had been completed, he emailed me over two short marketing skills tests to be completed within a few days.
Several days after submitting my skills tests, I was contacted about scheduling a final interview. That interview was with Emile and the CEO of the company. The CEO was extremely passionate about her company and explained the role further while also answering any questions I had.
An offer was made about a week after the final interview. Unfortunately, it was below what I was willing to accept. Emile did ask me for my counteroffer when I declined; however, I had just received and accepted another company’s offer that day so there was no further negotiation with MobileStyles.
While I understand that MobileStyles is a startup, their salaries are below what other companies are offering for similar roles. I loved so much about their company; however, I was unable to justify such a significant drop in salary from what I had previously been making in a similar role.
