I was invited to an interview quickly after applying but I had the feeling that it was conducted in an adversarial way. Felt quite a bit uneasy but managed to keep my composure. After the interview it took them 3 follow ups from me to finally get an answer after more than 6 weeks. You just know whether you want someone to come again for a second interview. Advise: If you made up your mind do not keep someone in limbo for so long, it is not professional.
