Smooth and professional. HR call followed by 1 round of interview. Interviewer is friendly, asking behavioural / fit‑type questions, often giving chances and opportunities talk about their past experience. Process was fast, interview got back within 1 - 2 weeks as well.
I applied online and had to fill out an brief entry sheet. During the interview, they basically asked the same questions that were on the entry sheet. The entry sheet also needs to be written in Japanese. I would say that this entry sheet was not time consuming. It could be brief
