The interview process went well. There was constant communication and everyone I spoke with was extremely nice. I first interviewed remotely with the Director of Operations, who was wonderful. My second round of interviews was in-person at the compounding lab with the PIC. The PIC was very nice, and I was thoroughly impressed with the lab and staff. The interview questions were fair. The interview questions ranged from asking about my experience to learning more about me as an individual, which I very much appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience.
