2 on 1 interview with group manager and head "sales" manager. Job advertised a sales engineer position when in reality it is really a glorified draftsman position. There is almost 0 sales interaction. Manager admitted elevator world had very limited skills to transfer to other industries.

Campus Interview - Aptitude + GD + PI. After these process candidates were called to BLR for another PI with head of sales. Aptitude was moderate, PI was good experience. Asked to sell whatever was on the table during the time of interview.

We were briefed about job profile, company details its vision and training period and salary and then aptitude and group discussion. Then HR interview and next round was finalized for 3 out of 21 for final round.
