Very easy, should be pretty straight forward and easy to get into. Just prepare everything written in Resume. Interview will be phone call followed by a group call with senior/ principal engineers
Very technical with a attention to detail on various solar tools and how they operate, comparing advantages and disadvantages. Also some questions about the high paced nature of the work.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Mitsubishi (Taikoo Shing)

It is complicated and extra long. You have to go through the HR, hiring manager, all managerial levels and GM. Well prepared is required and necessary. Challenging question may be required to read the non-sense article with Mandarin.
