Led by leaders of each team. Several people involved on site. Well organized and friendly not antagonistic. Showed most of the building and production floor. Well organized, modern, and clean

Interview
I applied directly and received an email asking for my availability to come in. The onsite interview was conducted by two managers, HR was not present. The managers described an incredibly unprofessional work environment where production staff was allowed to watch Netflix. They hadn't manufactured anything in a month, were hoping to get bought out, and stated they were pretty sure they would be offering the position to someone in house but would call me if they didn't. It was an incredible waste of time.
