The interview process is pretty long. You will meet with a bunch of people in the company and interview with HR as well. There is usually a case study that is thrown in with the case.

Interview
There were two short phone screenings and one on-site interview. Everyone was very kind and welcoming, but make sure you know your financial concepts very well. They started out with one on one interviews and then a panel interview at the end. The panel interview was where they asked a lot of the more difficult behavioral questions, while the individual interviews were more like conversations.

Interview
Temporary agency was used by hiring company to locate temp-to-perm candidates and advertised in the newspaper want ads. After responding to the ad, Initial interviews and testing were done at temp agency and results forwarded. Interviewed with VP of Finance. Received offer letter soon thereafter. Took time to consider the offer as salary was significantly lower than expected, however decided there were more pros than cons.
