conducted a Skype interview with search committee members first and then visit school for in- person interview. After that I had to wait 3 weeks to receive a contract letter.

Interview
I was interviewed via the web utilizing Skype video conferencing. I was under the impression I was interviewing for a Director's position for which I applied for. It turns out the interview was for another Directors position, which I saw on the HR page, that I had no interest in at all. This was totally a lesson learned to not assume that the interview is for a position you applied for. I will be sure to get clarification so that I am either prepared for the interview or I can decline the interview. In this case I would have declined the interview all together, because I am not interested in Student Organizations.
