The interview was simple and short. Shelter support worker experience is helpful. Questions related to communication skills, scenarios, crisis intervention, etc.
Having a good knowledge of the homeless population is also helpful.

They reached out to me about my experience because of my experience in other areas of experience. They asked generic questions about what I am capable of doing and I spoke about it honestly, which I think was appreciated
