Phone interview followed up by a VP of Treasury/Accounting Supervisor interview followed up by a CFO/Controller interview. 2-interview round. The 1st interview lasted 30-35 minutes. I expect the same timeline for the 2nd interview.

Question 1
First off, I want to clarify that I am in the middle of the interview process (so I have NOT been rejected for this offer yet). I was asked questions like "what are your expectations for the first 90 days of this job?" and "describe a challenge you ran into and how did you solve it?" Additionally, I was asked, "what is your experience working with data?"
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mirastar Federal Credit Union (San Jose, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
I had a wonderful phone interview with Samantha for a different position originally. She knew a lot about the company and inspired me to work there since they really care about their employees. Then, I was told about another position that would better fit my skill set . I was interviewed in person twice and hired. It took a little over a month and was up and running.
