I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Minuteman Parking (Orange, CA) in Mar 2013
Interview
The process was pretty linear, I filled out an application on line and the company immediately called me for an interview. Upon arrival there were several other applicants, so this allowed me to realize that this would be a group interview. They passed out pieces of paper with words that were discriptors or characteristics and asked us to provide an example of that specific word. We were quizzed on things such as the application of customer service and work ethic. After this process, they email you to let you know that you have moved along in the selection process and if you would like to submit to a drug screening. After the drug screening, they perform a background check and if everything turns out negative and there are no convictions then you have the job.

Interview
Answered ad on Craigslist, they called me. I went in for interview. Tiny place, store dog, two people there. Owner and employee. Creepily empty, interviews at a table in a back room. They wanted someone to basically run the entire store for relatively little pay. There was a skills test as well.
