Interview
I had to do 3 interviews and an assignment. I was the perfect candidate for the job and they showed a lot of interest. After my last interview when I didn't hear anything, I emailed HR asking for an update and only then did she send me a generic email denying me. I asked for feedback and was ignored. Then I asked again for feedback and was told sure and that they would be happy to hop on a call to discuss. But then they never got back to me about it. People who do not value your time.
The first interview is a phone screening which goes over job posting, company description, and expected salary. The next two interviews are with department leads. The final interview is with HR.
