Minted Design Associate interview questions

Questions on skills and experience with retail, spoke with only one person and was a very short interview. They were mostly interested in your ability to learn the software if needed.

After completing a brief skilltest, I had a one on one interview with one of the senior team leaders for one of the departments they were eventually considering including me in. It was mostly a casual, laidback and relaxed interview in a quiet office, where I was asked about my print and digital graphic skills, in addition to any tangentially relevant skills. It was easy to ask the interviewer too about the position and the general work environment and about how they got to where they were at that time. In total it lasted no more than 25 minutes.
