I spoke to the director who was really nice and we went over my CV. It wasn't a long interview, they were also new. We talked about the job and the duties I would be responsible for.
There was a two-step interview process. One over video call and then in person/classroom process. On the video call, at the time, it was the Center's Executive Director and the Curriculum Specialist. Once that stage is complete, if offered, you move to the in person. The in person was you reading a book to one of the classrooms, while they watched via classroom monitors. Once that was complete, you had the rest of the interview with the two previously stated and another member of the team.
