Mini University interview questions

There was a two-step interview process. One over video call and then in person/classroom process. On the video call, at the time, it was the Center's Executive Director and the Curriculum Specialist. Once that stage is complete, if offered, you move to the in person. The in person was you reading a book to one of the classrooms, while they watched via classroom monitors. Once that was complete, you had the rest of the interview with the two previously stated and another member of the team.

the process makes everyone feel very relaxed and comfortable, which allows you to show your best self. the interview process is also a fun environment to work in and experience.
