Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter. I had a phone call and a nice initial interview with the manager.
They give you a full stack project to submit within 4 days. I spent so much time working on it thoroughly with unit tests and some edge case logic for the API as well. I submitted to them, and they didn't give any feedback or a proper rejection. They just ignored my application even without saying if I passed or failed. After coming to this stage already, no feedback or rejection is just rude and unprofessional.
Fun Fact: the 4 day deadline wasn't even on the weekend. It was on Monday and deadline on Friday.

the hiring process so long, it took to get onboard more than 3 months. started with friendly first round meeting with the recruiter, and then after 2 weeks or so, the second interview, will be the technical interview and has a home work test. then after review the task. you need to meet the manger. then lastly you need to meet your team and get to know them. and then you get the offer. each step might take from week to 2 weeks.

They had a interview with a TL and gave me a take home task. the clarification about the task was in a minimum level and they did not answered about the questions that I asked. it costs a lot of time to do that in a detailed level and finally they mentioned some small improvements and rejected
