I got contacted by a different recruiter 3 different times for the same position, I got dismissed after the 2nd interview for the first 2 times because I didn't meet the qualifications both times and still they contacted me again for the same position less than 6 months later,

Friendly brief but your indept knowledge will be tested on your area of specialty.
Different interviewers, I had two interviewers. Each asking specific role questions. I applied for OR and ICU, so all my questions were related to that specialty
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Mindray (Huntingdon and Peterborough, England)

Submitted CV and received a request for telephone interview (approx. 1 hour of fairly casual chat).
Invited to interview in person, which consisted of 2x presentations plus 1 hour of interview questions/chat about me, the role, the company etc.
